Coal dust is comparable to rock/ coquina dust - airborne particulate matter - going into our lungs! Also think about the effects of these toxic pollutants that causes cancer, respiratory problems, etc. Its effect to food chain, biological magnification or cumulative effects to our body especially to children and succeptible people.
